Whew! So glad I don't support him, because I'd hate to get stuck doing an assignment.

I gotta admit, Braden, you had me at "I will not leave any remarks of my own on any comments left whatsoever in this post." Saying what I feel like saying on your blog without getting made to feel like a complete doughebag and idiot is not something I am used too, but here goes:

1) Obama voted against the war in 2002 and wants to start bringing troops home. Ya know, people that don't support the war are made out to be so insensitive and portrayed as people that do not support our troops, blah blah blah. It's simply not the case. I just feel that we cannot win a holy war, which is what this was has turned into. It doesn't impress me when I hear that we killed an Al-Qaeda deputy or something. There is ALWAYS going to be more extremists to replace the old ones and there will always be more weapons and bomb making materials to replace the old ones found in secret caches. Yes, we have made headway, but we could make headway for 100 more years and still not make any true headway. I think that the only way we can truly even make somewhat of a dent is through diplomacy. I would like to see our troops come home. Does Obama REALLY know how he is going to bring them home safely and not destroy the progress we have made? Probably not.

2) His work with disabled Veterans.

3) Support for alternative fuels and energy (20 percent needs to be renewable by 2020, he says).

4) Better border securing policies than a fricking fence, for God's sake.

5) Charisma and Character.

6) Knowledgeable and experienced in foreign relations and civil rights.

7) Great work ethic. Didn't have his political career handed to him by his daddy.

8) Pro-Choice

9) His experience or what some would call "lack of experience" means nothing to me. Abraham Lincoln had even less experience, and well, I rest my case on that one.

10) Not as tainted by politics, lobbyists as some canidates.

I don't even know why I am trying to come up with all of these reasons. I don't really even support the guy. I support some of the same THINGS as him, but he doesn't have my vote.

Thank you for the opportunity though, Braden

In the market to purchase a bridge, of course. If you're gullible enough to buy all the crap you listed, you're ready to buy bridges.
