It would be nice if Canon offered Vista x64 drivers for older printers such as the i850.
However, I see Canon offers Windows Vista x64 support for their newer line of printers. Interesting, no? A slap in the face is more like it.
I just *love* it when hardware manufactures won't support a new operating system, only to instead force you to purchase new hardware which promises functionality with new operating systems. Bah!
That said, I am having serious reservations about purchasing another Canon printer when the time comes.
Seriously, how long has Vista been out? And Canon still isn't on the ball? I don't want to hear anyone blaming Microsoft either, there's just no excuse for not providing a Vista x64 driver for a printer only five years old.
Five years? Hmmmm....wait a second....
