Corel has recently released a patch which addresses the following issues with Paint Shop Pro Photo IX as listed in these release notes.
I want to make it clear the fix for eliminating the need for the Protexis (spyware) service still works, although you will need to repeat the steps listed here after applying the 11.20 patch.
Oh yeah, I emailed Corel about this issue again this morning, since I have not yet heard back from them.
