Thanks to StevenHarman.net, I got my hands on a really cool theme called, "Zune" which is based off of Microsoft's new Zune player. I must admit, this theme immediately caught my eye thanks to the really rich and striking highlights it offers. Menu bars look really awesome, as indicated with the screen shot of my start menu:
