I recently stumbled upon a neat utility with system admins like me in mind. It's called "Panic Button." Panic Button is a small application which resides in the system task tray which enables an end user to send an email message containing a screen shot of their system, along with an end user composed message containing a "when," "where," and "why" inquisition. Upon clicking the "send" button, an email message containing the message and screen shot can be sent to me. Nice! I wonder how many of my end users would considering using this.
