I am quite pleased with my
Pocket PC so far. This nifty gadget is incredibly handy for me, especially when I am at work. I can check email, surf the web, even mount network drives if I need to. The days when I have to carry a laptop around with me at work are long gone, now that I have a
Pocket PC. I am quite pleased with the performance of Windows Mobile 5.0 as well. I have to admit that I am a big fan of
Pocket Putty, too. Below is a screenshot of my "Today" screen.

HP makes some awesome Pocket PCs. The
HP IPAQ HX2495 is definitely a solid performer. It's got 256 Mb RAM, built in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, slots for Compact Flash and SD memory cards, a bold and bright screen, not to mention Windows Media Player Mobile 10 so I can listen to my MP3s if I so desire (It even renders videos quite well, too). Yep, it will run pretty much anything I throw at it. The built-in email application is also quite nifty, it works quite nicely with IMAP folders for me. I cannot say that Pocket Internet Explorer is perfect, though. This site looks as if somebody squashed it with an iron when viewing it on my IPAQ.
