Parenting Tragedy

Written By: Braden - Nov• 05•12

Yesterday at the Pittsburgh Zoo, a toddler fell 11 feet into an exhibit of African painted dogs and got mauled to death.
Yes, it’s a tragedy.  Yes, I feel for the parents.  Absolutely horrific to lose a child like that.  No question about it.

Exactly what was the mother thinking when she placed the child on top of the rail so the child could see the exhibit better?
Straight out brainlessness.   I’ll be damned if I’d ever do something that idiotic.

I wonder how long it will be before the parents sue the zoo?
You just know it’s going to happen.

Un-freaking-believable.

That is the first thing I thought — who let their toddler on top of the fence?

Of course they will sue. No is responsible for their own actions anymore.

That said, I cannot fathom the sadness and despair the parents must face today.
